Three officially licensed Newcastle Brown Ale 16 oz. "Geordie Schooner" glasses. Originally known as a Wellington glass in England, this custom-shaped barware became so deeply associated with the city of Newcastle upon Tyne that it was renamed after the local nickname for its residents, "Geordies". 

Ergonomic & Sensory Engineering

Unlike generic pint glasses, the Geordie Schooner features a highly engineered, purpose-built shape: 

• Nucleated Star Base: The interior bottom features a laser-etched Newcastle blue star. This texture agitates the carbon dioxide in the beverage, generating a continuous micro-stream of bubbles that constantly refreshes the signature creamy foam head. 

• Concave Bulbous Body: The robust, curved shape traps the rich, caramel and roasted malt aromas inside the glass bowl, vastly improving the flavor perception. 

• Pedestal Base & Stem: The heavy, short-footed pedestal base provides excellent stability while offering a natural gripping point. This ensures the drinker's hand does not prematurely warm up the chilled ale.

Graphics & Identification

• Front View: Features the recognizable Newcastle Brown Ale ringed emblem with its signature blue star silhouette. It is topped by a red banner reading: "The One and Only".
